For almost one decade, Union Computer Exchange has specialized in the remarketing of quality used
NetApp hardware and software, including complete systems, add-ons, upgrades and parts. Many of
our NetApp customers do not always need to upgrade at the pace of Network Appliance's new product
introductions; it is these NetApp users whom we have been saving tens of thousands of dollars. At
Union Computer, no NetApp system, add-on, upgrade or part has -- or ever will be -- discontinued or go
end-of-life.

At Union Computer Exchange, we BUY, SELL, TRADE and LEASE all NetApp products -- mostly used
NetApp and sometimes new. Union Computer also provides NetApp maintenance and repair services,
including telephone support, on-site and parts exchange contracts, and NetApp spares kits.

The manufacturer, Network Appliance, Inc., was founded in 1992 when its founders left Auspex
Systems, Inc., at that time the leading provider of Network Attached Storage systems, or NAS. As
NetApp began to develop its customer base in the mid-90s, surplus used NetApp hardware first started
to become available. In 1998, Union Computer made its first major acquisition of used NetApp
hardware which consisted of dozens of F330 Filer heads and many hundreds of 2gb and 4gb NetApp
disk drives which had been helping to drive the early growth of America Online's IT infrastructure.

Today, Union Computer stocks a large inventory of used NetApp hardware which includes F700, F800,
FAS200, FAS900 and FAS3000 Filers, R100 and R200 Nearstores, and all disk add-ons ranging up to
the NetApp 300gb FC and 500gb SATA drives. We also carry most other NetApp accessories and
